Vertical Sales Lead- Smart Building Infra Services
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Lead to drive growth in the Smart Buildings InfraServices sector. You will identify and develop customer opportunities, working with a team to deliver solutions and services for key accounts in a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the local built environment industry, including market dynamics, operational needs and constraints, regulations, and competitors.
- Sales Leadership: Lead a team in sales activities such as pre-bid reviews, risk management, and bid preparation, ensuring a smooth handover of secured orders.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve sales and revenue goals based on team targets.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts, becoming a trusted advisor for customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Understand customer business needs and develop account plans to support their digital transformation goals.
- Business Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer relationships within the solutions and services portfolio.
- Value Communication: Clearly communicate the Client's value propositions, focusing on digitalization and sustainability.
- Sales Tools: Use internal sales tools to enhance effectiveness, provide accurate forecasts, and support data-driven decisions.
- Industry Engagement: Participate in industry associations to develop expertise and represent the Client as a thought leader.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Finance and Operations, and ensure compliance with Business Conduct Guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years in sales within the building services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and trends in the built environment.
- Relationships: Strong network with stakeholders like real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication, collaboration skills, and a consultative sales approach.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented with a consultative selling mindset
