Answer incoming calls and follow up with callbacks, establish good communication relationships with parents, and uncover their actual needs.
Introduce company products to parents, explain service models, and schedule trial classes for parents and students.
Communicate face-to-face to help parents and students understand the company's service model in more detail, facilitating student enrollment at the center.
Analyze and diagnose students learning conditions, develop personalized tutoring plans and programs.
Build good relationships with parents, provide high-quality services, and facilitate user referrals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, experience in face-to-face sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and sales techniques, adept at interpersonal communication, and have affinity with people.
Possess organizational and execution capabilities, able to independently plan work and complete tasks on time.
Demonstrate a spirit of teamwork, maintain good coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Relevant Policies
Working Hours: Saturdays and Sundays off during the week (Wednesday and Thursday), with the requirement to work at the center for the remaining five days.
Compensation Structure: Monthly total compensation ranging from 5K to 10K, comprising a base salary of 3K to 3.5k plus incentives.
