Location: Paya Lebar/ West Coast Plaza
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (3 weekdays + 2 weekends or 4 weekdays + 1 weekend) (PH OFF!)
Salary: up to $3500 per month + quarterly / annual bonus
Responsibilities & Duties
- Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community
- Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
- Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
- Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.
- Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
- Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
- Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in any field with prior customer service experience
- Able to commit on both weekends
