Job Requirements:- Bachelors degree or higher in Education.
Over 5 years of teaching experience in international schools, with a preference for those with team management experience.- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong team spirit and ability to face challenges.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
Student Academic Guidance Arrangement: Arrange student testing, assess student situations, develop learning plans, coordinate teacher resources, and create course schedules for students.
- Parent Collaboration and Communication: Maintain communication with parents, answer questions, and accept feedback.
Teacher Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage the teaching team, ensuring the teachers professional abilities and teaching quality.Teaching Resources Management:
Manage and optimize teaching resources, including textbooks, supplementary materials, and teaching equipment.Teaching Quality Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate teaching quality through classroom observation, student evaluations, and provide timely feedback and improvement measures.
- Teaching Project Planning and Promotion: Participate in the planning and promotion of teaching projects, including the development of new courses and the innovation of teaching methods, to drive the continuous development of the institution.
