Crafting Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Medal Customization and Crafting:Create and personalize medals and gifts according to customer specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish.
2. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications. Make adjustments as needed to achieve a high-quality product.
3. Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain crafting equipment, including engraving tools, polishers, and other necessary tools. Ensure all materials used align with the company's quality standards.
4. Customer Interaction and Support: Work with clients to clarify customization requirements and address any specific requests. Provide guidance on customization options, timelines, and feasibility.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handcrafting, engraving, or a related field. Experience with medals or similar products is a plus.
2. Proficiency in engraving, etching, painting, or similar customization techniques.
3. Familiarity with tools and machines used in customization and engraving processes.
4. Strong eye for detail and precision to ensure high-quality customization.
5. Artistic sense to make design decisions and enhance customization work.
6. Ability to perform delicate, intricate work requiring fine motor skills.
7. Effective communication to liaise with clients and understand their customization needs.
8. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with the design team and other departments.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for custom orders.
