Job Description
We are looking for highly dynamic and qualified individuals who are hands-on with a keen interest in the Interior Design Industry.
Successful candidate/s shall manage and expand existing customer accounts, strategize, and develop new business channels, enhance customer experience and address customers needs.
Responsibilities
- Creating design briefs based on the client's requirements and vision.
- Ensuring that the design meets clients specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team.
- Ensuring that projects are completed within time, scope and budget and in accordance with stakeholders expectations.
- Managing client relationships and serving as a liaison between designers, inter-department, vendors and clients
- Providing feedback on design ideas to improve upon or identifying potential problems that could be resolved in advance.
- Establishing and maintaining design standards of the company.
- Reviewing design for accuracy and appropriateness, identifying problems with them, and suggesting changes and implement solutions
- Deciding on the layout for publications or product designs and choosing visuals like photographs, artwork, graphics and designs
- Report the progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
- Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team
- Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
- Nurturing a work environment that is conducive to creative thinking.
- Selecting / recruiting / appraising design talents to raise the design quality for the company.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any design-related field.
- Have experience in Corporate Office or Residential Projects before
- Diligent, self-motivated and a team player
- Strong creative problem-solving skills: Understanding, analyzing and working through a challenge to completion.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- A perfectionist at heart with attention to detail.
