- Video and Content Creation: Produce bold and unconventional video content that tells our story and resonates with our audience. Develop and oversee the creation of dynamic content across various formats, including social media, web, and print. Experiment with new and daring content ideas to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
- IP Development: Drive the creation and development of unique intellectual properties that embody our brand's rebellious spirit. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring new IPs to life across multiple platforms and media.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of designers, artists, and content creators, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback to elevate their work.
