As a Creative Marketing Cum Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility is to craft compelling and on-brand print and digital media that aligns with the company's goals. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand across diverse platforms such as social media, email marketing campaigns (EDMs), product packaging, event branding, and more. Staying abreast of graphic design trends, industry advancements, and tools is crucial, while also actively contributing to the improvement of internal design workflows and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and producing content for our social media schedule, including identifying/creating visual materials, writing copy, scheduling, and posting.
Making and managing posts on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others when necessary.- Keeping an eye on new trends, topics, hashtags, and features on social media to help our online presence grow and improve.
Actively interacting with our online community every day, including responding to comments and direct messages promptly.
- Coordinating with social media influencers, videographers, photographers, and outside vendors as necessary for campaigns or events.
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in digital and print design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends, industry developments, and best practices.
Experience in photography/videography and video editing is a plus.
