Epitome Collective is an independent creative production house that focuses on crafting relatable, relevant and rapid content for forward thinking brands.

We work with brands to create culture-relevant content to leave an impactful impression that connects. We believe in creating content through creative strategies that have clear and measurable objectives rooted in our clients brand values.

Role Overview: As our Creative Marketing Strategist, youll be the mastermind behind our marketing efforts on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Youll be responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring that all content aligns with our brands voice and vision. Your role will also involve updating our company portfolio website and creating engaging behind-the-scenes content.

Key Responsibilities:


Creative Ideation: Develop out-of-the-box marketing ideas tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Content Planning & Execution: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Platform Mastery: Have a deep understanding of each platforms nuances, including hooks, storytelling techniques, and what drives engagement.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is on-brand and aligns with our companys voice and values.
Website Updates: Regularly update the company portfolio website with fresh content and new projects.
Caption Writing: Craft compelling captions that enhance the impact of our posts.
Behind-the-Scenes Content: Capture and create behind-the-scenes content that showcases our creative process and team culture.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and platform management.
Creativity: A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and bring them to life.
Skills: Proficient in shooting and editing video content, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand captions.
Platform Savvy: In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including current trends and best practices.
Storytelling: Ability to tell compelling stories through visual and written content.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit who can work seamlessly with other team members.
