Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions, generating fresh visual and design concepts aligned with the brand's essence.
• Stay updated with trends and innovations to deliver impactful ideas and award-winning work.
• Collaborate across teams (traffic, accounts, strategy) to ensure timely, strategic creative solutions.
• Present ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior and senior talent, fostering creativity and contributing to business development.

Key Requirements

• 5 - 7 years in creative media or advertising with a strong portfolio.
