About The Team
The Content Ecosystem team at TikTok works to ensure the global content ecosystem is safe and enjoyable for its users. The team develops strategies, policies and methodologies to keep the content ecosystem safe and sustainable in the long-term.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creator's governance and experience in Tiktok, serving the balance and healthy development of the creator's ecosystem.
- Responsible for the design of perception strategies and capacity building related to account governance, achieving goals through problem discovery strategy design, algorithm model capacity building, etc., and reducing the spread of controversial content on TikTok.
- Deeply understand the pain points of creators, and be responsible for creator-related demands, including posting, moderation, commercial ,etcMinimum Qualifations:
- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of strategic experience, good understanding of content, and experience in governance strategy and experience operation preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Result-oriented and self-driven.
- Excellent cross-team communication and coordination ability, strong project management skills;
-Solid and good data analysis skills, strong logical thinking ability, preference for those who love and frequently use overseas content products.
