Credit Analyst (Corporate Banking)
Our client, a global bank is seeking a credit analyst to join their corporate banking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis of corporate clients by evaluating financial statements, industry trends, and economic conditions to assess creditworthiness and recommend credit limits.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with lending to corporates. Provide recommendations on risk mitigation strategies to support sound credit decisions.
- Prepare and present credit reports and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to local regulations, compliance standards, and credit policies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, credit committees, and senior management, to support decision-making. Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders regarding credit risks, exposures, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CFA or similar certifications preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably covering corporates within a banking or financial services environment.
