• Manage and maintain all accounts, ensuring timely collections.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and monitor payment statuses.
• Coordinate with lawyers and external agencies on credit control matters.
• Implement best practices and appropriate collection strategies to improve efficiency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
