Our client, a leading digital bank, is looking for a Credit Management Lead to join them.
In this role, you will optimise collection processes by analyzing data, improving risk segmentation, and refining workflows. You will design performance metrics, develop dashboards for monitoring, and implement a structured collection playbook to standardise processes. Collaborating closely with Credit Approvers, you'll lead and execute restructuring programs. Additionally, you will oversee both early-stage and advanced recovery efforts, coordinating with external partners like law firms and real estate agencies. As a mentor, you'll guide and develop junior collectors to achieve high performance in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in Collections/Credit Management, with prior team management experience. Exposure to Business/SME Banking is a prerequisite. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must as there will be interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
