Job Responsibilities· Interaction with crew on manpower/welfare.
· Prepare necessary document for crews entry/departure from Port.
· Ensure compliance with regulations from relevant authorities.
· Manage/update crew's portfolio/personnel files and certification.
· Prepare crew employment contracts and other recruitment documentations.
· Knowledge of working MOM work permit online.
· Knowledge of working with MPA and online concerning crew matters.
· Co-ordinate between crews to transfer from vessel.
· Assist with ad hoc assignments.
· Assist Crewing and Fleet Manager.
· At least 1 year of work experience
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Possess good quality in communication and negotiation.
· Able to work well both independently and in a team.
· Positive and attention to detail.
