Job Description

• • Executing crew changes in adherence to the Seafarers Employment Agreement and as per the Crewing Superintendent's directives.
  • Ensuring that all Seafarers are adequately trained and meet the Company's, STCW, and Flag State requirements.
  • Reporting changes in the employment status of seafarers to the crew wages department.
  • Participating in crew planning, promotion, and career development.
  • Engaging in recruitment activities.
  • Monitoring and managing monthly mail from vessels, preparing mail to vessels, and conducting follow-ups.
  • Reviewing vessel disbursement accounts in collaboration with the designated Superintendent.
  • Notifying relevant parties about medical cases/accidents and overseeing related documentation.
  • Coordinating accident/deviation insurance for non-fare paying passengers.
  • Facilitating cash to Master arrangements.
  • Verifying and approving travel expenses for payment upon request.
  • Handling other assigned special tasks.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in the Company's Management System.
  • Effectively implementing the Company's Management System.
  • Contributing to the development or modification of procedures.
  • Advocating and supporting continual improvement efforts.

  Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working on a ship or ashore in a shipping or ship management company.
  • Proficient in the speaking/writing.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
