Summary:
Seeking a Crisis Management & Monitoring Analyst to support a range of applications and ensure a stable and resilient production environment. The role involves managing incidents and crisis communication, providing production support, and monitoring and repairing flows for the Cash Management Control Tower Department.
Requirements:
Incident and Crisis Management:
- Analyze malfunctions and implement appropriate incident management and communication actions.
- Identify and coordinate key actors to restore service and lead crisis conference calls.
- Communicate and provide status updates on issues to business users, management, and other stakeholders.
Production Support:
- Respond to back office business lines in case of flow execution malfunctions and keep them regularly informed during incidents.
- Monitoring and Repair of Flows:
- Perform daily routine checks and monitor global assets (Cash Management layers, SWIFT components, message files, and event logs).
- Ensure operational end-to-end monitoring using available tools and procedures.
- Identify process gaps and supervise recurrent maintenance interventions.
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Update monitoring procedures and incident management documentation.
- Analyze and challenge existing support processes for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with project teams and IT to diagnose and improve business process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Ability to understand functional and technical architectures.
- Technical skills in file manipulation and application configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stress, take initiative, and make decisions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Background in SWIFT or Cash Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekend rotations.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays with compensatory days off.
- Availability for early shifts (7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm).
