The Position
Customer Relationship Manager is leading CRM strategy and Operations in system to support Organons ambition on Customer Engagement Excellence in AP cluster.
This position reports to Commercial Excellence Lead (AP cluster) and has a close collaboration with the SFE Managers and broader MCOP team in the cluster as well as market teams to plan and execute all CRM priorities
The position can be based in any markets of AP cluster including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.
CRM operation
Accountable for day to day operations of CRM
Operating as the trusted advisor for the CRM solution, supporting ongoing multichannel engagement acceleration
Designing the structured multichannel engagement plan in Veeva system for commercial functions to provide feedback.
Leading CRM integration with other platforms and systems in the company
Establishing guidelines efficient CRM usage for stakeholders
Reviewing data quality and user behavior on a periodic basis to ensure meaningful insight is generated relating to customer engagement.
Supporting market expansion and planned new Veeva functionality onboarding.
Supporting day to day operations of CRM
CRM capability
Producing a 3-year roadmap to enable the CRM function to be a customer centric, business focused, results oriented function.
Collaborating with stakeholders both locally and within the AP cluster to deliver the roadmap in real terms.
Represent AP cluster to participate the Global CRM community meetings to address the needs from AP cluster and provide feedback to Global CRM community on the prioritized CRM solutions to be built in pipeline.
CRM strategy
Enabling the field force through effective CRM training in AP cluster for the various users (eg. sales manager, sales rep, marketing, medical affair, SFE etc.)
Actively updating stakeholders on the latest CRM trends in the pharmaceutical industry, identifying executable solutions with high impact
