About the Role:

MRM has an exciting opportunity to work on our top global accounts as the CRM STRATEGIST to drive customer loyalty by implementing engagement and retention strategies for our clients. This role works in the CRM & Loyalty function of the agency.

What is this role, and how does it positively impact the business

As a CRM Strategist, you will support the Head of CRM and Loyalty Strategy in leading CRM strategy, reporting, analysis, optimization, and developing loyalty programs. You will work closely with a team of CRM strategists, campaign specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, data, creative, and martech specialists to ensure the strategy is properly executed across multiple markets. Your role will involve driving best practices and delivering best-in-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning and executing all phases of CRM and loyalty engagements, including goal setting, campaign planning/testing, launch strategy, and ongoing marketing optimization.
  • Measure, monitor, evaluate, and refine CRM and loyalty programs to guide clients optimization of the sales funnel and customer lifetime value, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and increasing revenue and profit.
  • Leverage data and insights to influence the personalization of customer experiences and optimize to drive customer engagement and differentiation.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and engagement.

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • Proven work experience in a CRM campaign execution role.
  • Solid understanding of customer retention and acquisition strategies
  • Understanding of loyalty programs and related communications strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM data for use in segmentation, targeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation platforms and data analytics programs.
  • Proficiency with technical tools and systems, especially customer databases and analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience designing cross-channel strategies across digital platforms: web, social, app, email, SMS, push notifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to influence with a customer/data driven mindset
  • Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.

Required Experience:

  • University degree in Marketing, Data Analysis or relevant field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in CRM & Loyalty, either in an agency or client setting.
  • Experience in working in complex environments (e.g. regional or global MNC) preferred.
