We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Crude Oil Operations Executive / Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of trade operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and review sales and counter purchase contracts, collaborating with relevant departments and ensuring timely approvals.
- Manage daily trade operations, including vessel confirmation, document instructions, unloading arrangements, inspections, insurance, and more.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to to understand loading and unloading dynamics, ensuring smooth business execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the system, including settlement volumes, bill of lading date, NOR date, etc.
- Notify finance and domestic teams of the letter of credit amount, confirm with trading counterparties, and submit for letter of credit approval.
- Calculate demurrage fees based on contract terms and assist the logistics team with related tasks.
- Manage parent company guarantee documents and seek approvals from the risk control department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Adhere to company regulations, including risk control, compliance, and internal control processes
- Be open to taking on additional tasks as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistic and Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade or comparable industry.
- Familiar with the terms of international trade contracts.
- Has a certain knowledge base of operations such as vessel scheduling, inspection and measurement, and marine insurance.
- Fluent communication in both Chinese and English, ensuring smooth interactions with internal stakeholders, including HQ in China and business counterparts.
- High sense of responsibility, Attentive and conscientious work style, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
