CTC Graduate Program (Software & Application Development)

The CTC Graduate Program is a 1-year fast-track program for talents to accelerate their career path in IT fields and set them on their way to a successful future. During the program, you can expect to receive Technical and Soft skill Training Sponsorship, On-the-job Training, Real-life Project Involvement, Knowledge Sharing, and Mentorship.

Applications

Software & Application Development

• Engage in the full life cycle software development and project implementation works
• Involve in requirement gathering and analysis on project implementation solutions
• Perform web and mobile application development (i.e. Frontend/ Backend/ Integration)
• Create and maintain documentation of developed application, workflow diagrams, deployment steps, test cases and test results

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in an IT-related field with up to 3 years of full-time work experience are welcome to apply
• Strong Interest and good level of IT literacy
• Good communication skills, adaptable, proactive attitude to learn
