Responsible for executing and project managing initiatives related to culture, engagement, and diversity, equity
Leads culture, engagement, and diversity, equity, inclusion, & initiatives, and adoption across the organization.
Operates as a trusted advisor coaching and consulting with team members to meet the objectives of the organization.
Works closely with management and development teams to provide expertise in the design, implementation, and evaluation of interventions, processes, and programs to enhance organizational culture, engagement
Develops and monitors measures to track and analyze the effectiveness of culture, engagement, and belonging initiatives.
Collaborates closely with Communications, Change Management, Project Management, and Human Resources partners in the organization to coordinate efforts in advancing the organizations goals.
Continuously upgrades knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of organizational priorities and best practices in culture, engagement
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of culture, engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, retention, and people management best practices.
Knowledge of broad-based HR best practices related to business partnership, program management, analytics, total rewards, learning, development, and/or performance management functions.
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, influence decision makers, and set and manage expectations.
Strong emotional intelligence, personal awareness, and the ability to sympathize with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities with grace and efficiency.
Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, interpret and act on information promptly and effectively.
