- Design for Change Singapore is looking for a Curriculum designer and Program Manager to continue its outreach in schools, community and corporate sector. The person will play a pivotal role in continuing our vision of building the I CAN mindset in every child in Singapore. (www.dfcsingapore.com)

Ability to recognise and harness opportunities to design and execute programs in schools and special projects with community partners.
- Good understanding and application of program design, pedagogical models, and management of processes preferably in K-12 or tertiary level education, is a must
Experience in facilitating children, youth and / or adults will be an essential for the role.- Knowledge and experience in design and facilitation of design thinking methods in project-based learning will be essential.
_Familiarity and experience in working with the Singapore school system will be an advantage._

This is a Singapore-based roles and cannot be done remotely. Please also mention your eligibility to work in Singapore.
You may have minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design, teaching and /or training and development. Relevant experience with children and / or youth will be preferred. You may be an experienced senior teacher who can challenge the status quo to make positive impact in education; or in training and development with instructional design experience, or design practitioner with a design agency with experience in designing program for children / youth /adults.
You are creative and versatile in creating engaging learning experiences for your learners through your programs and facilitation.

- Basic Salary range* is provided and salary will be based on relevant experience, time commitment and qualifications. For part-time we expect a minimum of 30 hours commitment.
