Plan and implement curriculum and programmes
. Drive the design of quality teaching and learning approaches beyond the curricula
frameworks and Centre level
. Project Work -Plan and facilitate small-group research, project work, and materials
exploration alongside children in the Atelier and classroom according to the Reggio
principles.
. Documentation -Undertake documentation and interpretation of children's learning
processes, using narratives, photos, videos, and posts to make learning visible.
. Atelier - Work with Educators to create mini-atelier spaces in the centre and within each
classroom, providing a range of materials and tools to stimulate inquiry and support
sustained learning.
. Core-Curriculum (0-3 & 4-6 years) - Collaborates with classroom educators to unpack the
curriculum plan to support long-term research and project work
. Assists educators in designing classroom provocations and assessment for learning that
are aligned with the curriculum goals for the children
. Drive the enhancement of learning needs assessment processes and structures
. Align children engagement strategies in accordance with the Centre's policies
. Drive quality classroom management strategies in accordance with leading practices
beyond the Centre level.
. Evaluate improvements made to enhance quality of learning environment
. Advocate the importance of appropriate health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards
and procedures beyond the Centre level
. Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive
technologies based on emerging trends in the sector
. Drive the assessment of children's learning and development
Build stakeholders relationships and partnerships
. Foster a culture of collaboration beyond the Centre level
. Drive initiatives to establish partnerships and collaborations with families and community
stakeholders
Manage family and community programmes
. Strategize the promotion of Centre and beyond Centre programmes and services
. Establish a culture of professional collaboration with families and community stakeholders
. Plan a Reggio mini-exhibition as part of the promotion of Centre and beyond Centre
programmes and services
Conduct routine caregiving
. Drive the enhancement of caregiving needs assessment processes and structures
. Lead the development of new caregiving standards and procedures based on emerging
caregiving research and practices in the sector
. Drive the enhancements of caregiving to reflect leading practices
Uplift professional practice
. Review developed teaching and caregiving methods based on emerging sector trends,
technologies and tools
. Facilitate the establishment of plans and structures to engender a culture of mentoring
within the Cluster
. Drive professional development and service quality improvement of professionals
Embed elements of Centre's vision, mission and values into curriculum and pedagogy
design
. Undertake professional development training on Reggio Emilia Approach, in collaboration
with Reggio Leads as well as offers resources to support Educators learning and fluency
with expressive tools.
. Exhibits a strong commitment to professional growth by staying current with publications,
working closely with the school's mentor/consultant, attending workshops, and actively
participating in the local network of Reggio-inspired educators.
Other Areas: Develops and maintain professional working relationships with employees at all
levels. Where required to assist/lead and/or manage assigned projects
Qualifications & Requirement
. Degree in Early Childhood studies or
. Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPE-L), / Diploma in Early Childhood Care
and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), /Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre
Leadership (ADECL) or its equivalent recognized by ECDA
. Has a valid certificate in first aid recognized by ECDA

Required Work Experiences:
. Has at least 5 years teaching experience in a childcare/pre - school setting
. Has at least 5 years of leadership experience in a childcare/ pre-school setting
. Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and a team player
. Demonstrate ability to be highly creative, innovative, resourceful and motivated in their
work
. Able to mentor/coach staff independently
. Competent in management skills
. Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, stakeholders (internally and
externally) in professional manner
. Well versed with the SPARK 0 to 6 years framework, licensing regulations, Early Years
Development and Nurturing Early Learners framework
. Have relevant experience in Reggio Emilia Approach and/or constructivist learning
theories
. Experience in teaching art related subjects such as visual arts and/or performing arts.
. Knowledge on classroom observation and assessment for learning
. Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry-based learning is required
. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with a variety of
digital languages
. Good interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of staff and across Departments Able
to work independently and in a team environment
