Support Manager in the research and develop English and Chinese Preschool Programmes in accordance with national guidelines frameworks, and educational goals
Ensure curriculum is designed in alignment to the requirements of the Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK)
Plan and develop English Preschool Programme in accordance with national guidelines, frameworks, and educational goals
Support quality implementation of the curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and parameters established
Research and design teaching resources for new curriculum content
Communicate and maintain quality requirements of curriculum with leaders and teachers
Support centre leaders in ensuring curriculum quality
Conduct quality assessments in centres
Initiate actions to meet curriculum expectations and lead in curriculum innovations
Participate in curriculum reviews and support curriculum enhancements
Ensure that the learning environment, resources, and training style provided at all centres are consistent with the excellent standard expected
Research and develop training content for teachers and principals
Conduct trainings for teachers and principals
Research and curate teaching and learning resources for teachers and children
Maintains communications with all levels of the organisation and cluster principals, centre principals, and teachers
Lead/ Facilitate in company and centre projects
Job Requirements
Minimally a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood with experience in teaching and management
Experienced and familiar with the Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK)
Familiar with all National Frameworks (NEL, EYDF, FSMS)
Excellent creativity, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
An independent individual as well as a team player
Proficient in usage of digital platforms (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams etc.)
Possess excellent written and communication skillsClarity in speech
