You are the Ambassador, the first point of contact for Core Concepts!
As a member of the Operations Team, you
- service the clients in ways that fit their needs most
- be responsible to deliver a positive customer experience through all communication channels
- maintain customers satisfaction by addressing the customers concerns efficiently and ensuring that we deliver value through appropriate solutions.
- are customer-centric and are passionate about service delivery and assertive to hold difficult conversations.
- Perform the full range of operational and collection functions.
- Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals guided by the organisation's service performance indicators.

- Customer service skills: Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.

- Good command of written and spoken English.
Training will be provided.
5.5 days work-week, rest on Sun and PH.
Compressed Work-Week (Alt Sat) available.
Commensurate with experience.
