Customer Care Executive
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Fulfillment: manage the entire order fulfillment process, engage with external stakeholders to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met, and resolving customer queries and returns promptly
Inventory Management: handle incoming goods, packing for deliveries, and conduct inventory counts.
Import & Export: Maintain shipping records, prepare packing/shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments and handle Letter of Credit negotiation and certificates of origin
Others: Comply and adhere to regulatory and company policies
YOUR PROFILE
Prefer Order Management experience
Prefer Working knowledge of SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution (SD) module
