CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
ABOUT THE JOB
We, at Electrolux Professional, are looking for Customer Care Executive role, who can provide our Customers and Dealer with Best-in-Class Customer Care Service and Support. Person should be able to adopt, adapt and implement Global Customer Care Strategy in the local environment. Also, to develop and grow business in the Customer Care segment with PACS.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
To handle telephone traffic for a pre-sales, point of sales and post-sales environment
To resolve and process all consumers enquiries and requests in a professional manner
To accurately input orders onto the in-house system
To work as part of a team, meeting individual, team and department objectives
To be self-sufficient and able to prioritise tasks on hand.
To be able to communicate with both external and internal customers at all levels.
To be able to understand spare part diagrams and communicate with relevant personnel in factory to swiftly identify relevant spare parts.
To coordinate with factory logistics team and monitor delivery status for all spare part orders.
To have a continuous focus on customer care
To issue quotations for all Accessories, Consumables and Spare Parts to clients and to follow up on quotations.
To manage all Warranty related request and data recording
To ensure all enquiries, questions, issues, and customer complaints are fully resolved.
To manage Regional Training administrative requirements
ABOUT YOU
Basic technical knowledge in commercial Beverage, Foodservice & Laundry equipment with preferably 2-3 years experience in similar field.
Customer interaction
Technical knowledge application
Fluent English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
