Customer Care Managers

We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore with offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We are still expanding and currently looking for Customer Care Managers to join us.

Job Description:

• Lead the customer care team and oversee the daily operations of the customer care team
• Consistently review existing standard operating procedures, policies and strategies.
• Develop and implement changes to improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth
• Attend to customers & sales enquiries
• Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to customers
• Follow up with customers on their enquiries and feedback
• Work towards achieving the company group sales target
• Able to handle and provide solutions for issues between Caregiver/Migrant Domestic workers and employers
• Co-ordinating the documentation, work permit, and arrival of new migrant domestic worker/caregiver/Nurse
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Posses Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
• Min 5 years of direct working experience in an Employment Agency
• Able to work independently
• Sales & Customer oriented
• IT & Social Media Savvy
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
