We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore with offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We are still expanding and currently looking for Customer Care Managers to join us.
Job Description:
- Lead the customer care team and oversee the daily operations of the customer care team
- Consistently review existing standard operating procedures, policies and strategies.
- Develop and implement changes to improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth
- Attend to customers & sales enquiries
- Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to customers
- Follow up with customers on their enquiries and feedback
- Work towards achieving the company group sales target
- Able to handle and provide solutions for issues between Caregiver/Migrant Domestic workers and employers
- Co-ordinating the documentation, work permit, and arrival of new migrant domestic worker/caregiver/Nurse
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:

- Posses Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
- Min 5 years of direct working experience in an Employment Agency
- Able to work independently
- Sales & Customer oriented
- IT & Social Media Savvy
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
