Requirements:
We're seeking someone with a customer-focused attitude, known for their cheerful and welcoming personality.
In addition to excellent computer literacy, this role requires excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. While we don't have a preference for visible tattoos, we are open to candidates with modest or discreet tattoos. Additionally, maintaining a presentable appearance is highly regarded for this role.
Skills that can bring added value to this role include having prior experience with CRM systems, being proficient in using the Google Workspace suite, and having worked in customer-facing environments like banking front offices, hotels, or esteemed service roles.
