An exciting role within our Customer and Service Excellence team that supports the GetGo Singapore community. You will be the bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions such as Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service. You will adopt a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers across their journey with GetGo.
The working hours for this role are 1:00pm to 10:00pm. This is a 5 day work week, with either (Thursday/Friday) or (Tuesday/Wednesday) as the rest days. Please only apply if you are able to work these shift arrangements.
This is a 1 year contract position, convertible to full-time.
