Job Description

Customer Service Assistant

  • Location: Bencoolen
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5:00pm
  • Salary range: $2500 - $2800 + $80 Handphone Allowance + Contract Completion Bonus

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • With relevant customer service & admin experience
  • This is a 1 year 6 months contract role, with opportunity to convert to permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
  • Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
  • Order processing
  • Administration duties
  • Supply chain management duties (back up)
