Our client is a one of the leading players in the Power & Motor Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer/ Field Service Engineer to be part of their Engineer team to support their business needs. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Description of Customer/ Field Service Engineer:

• Assist the sales team in identifying optimal solutions during specification processes.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to address product defects, issues, and technical inquiries.
• Evaluate and recommend engineering products to customers through selection, review, and proposal processes.
• Conduct on-site visits for technical troubleshooting and assessment purposes.
• Communicate effectively with customers to elucidate problems and present viable solutions.
• Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in engineering field
• At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in handling Marine accounts
