Key Requirements: Contact Centre Experience Ability to Multitask
- Ability to handle difficult customers
Ability to draft professional email respond back to customers- Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application/install/ uninstall)
Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
- Basic troubleshooting of PC and software
Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must as there will be English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking customers calling in.
Working hours: Mon to Thur :
- 30am to 8.30pm or 1pm to 1am
- Rotating shifts (2 days work and 2 days off)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to $2,500.00 per month
