Territory: To do technical service for Infineon's clients.
Job Description:
1. Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal functionality, particularly for Infineon project requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
2. Mechanical Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to prevent production delays in the Infineon project.
- Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify problems.
3. On-Duty Business:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Infineon customers regarding quality issues.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with Infineon customers to address their concerns.
- Document and report on quality incidents, providing detailed analysis and solutions.
4. PLC Skills:
- Utilize PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) skills to program, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems specific to Infineon project requirements.
- Ensure that PLC systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Provide training and support to team members on PLC operations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to Infineon customer sites as needed.
