Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Quality Engineer (S3) (Semicon/Electronics Components):
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle internal complaints from departments such as production and sales.
- Manage external complaints from customers.
- Analyze complaints, establish statistical data by determining sample size and acceptable error.
- Monitor and review quarterly data based on customer complaints.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Provide recommendations for complaint reduction and overall improvement.
- Offer technical support to customers.
- Manage the return process for defective materials.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus.
- Proficient in statistical analysis.
- Keen attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS +VB (Around 2 Months)
