Job Description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Quality Engineer (S3) (Semicon/Electronics Components):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal complaints from departments such as production and sales.
  • Manage external complaints from customers.
  • Analyze complaints, establish statistical data by determining sample size and acceptable error.
  • Monitor and review quarterly data based on customer complaints.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Provide recommendations for complaint reduction and overall improvement.
  • Offer technical support to customers.
  • Manage the return process for defective materials.

Job Requirements:


  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Additional Information:


  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS +VB (Around 2 Months)
  • Working Location: North
