JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Quality Assurance

Report to: Senior Engineer

Functional Relationships with:

Relationship with Production, Process Engineering, Machine Engineering, Quality Control, Sales

POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

Job Site: Yishun

The successful candidate will: take charge of customer handling (care/support) scope. Provide statistical information about MLCC customer complaint for quality improvement by identifying the testing methods and samples and provide necessary support to various departments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handling of internal complaint from production, sales etc.
  • Handling of external complaint from customers
  • Analysis the complaint and establish statistical data by identifying sample size and acceptable error
  • Monitor and review quarterly data based on customer's complaint
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
  • Provide recommendations for improvement and reduction of complaint
  • Provide technical support to the customer
  • Manage of detective material return

Ability / Competency Required:

  • Degree in any Engineering field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking
  • Knowledge of IATF16949 will be an added advantage
  • With statistical knowledge
  • Attention to detail
