Summary
- We are recruiting a Customer Relations Executive on behalf of our client who operates a luxury spa.
- As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for the spa's customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless spa experience.
- Working hours shall be Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm and Saturdays 11:00am to 3:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about spa services.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Assist in managing bookings and appointments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services and special offers.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure client satisfaction post-service.
Requirements
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs preferred, due to quota limitations ***
- Proven experience in customer service or relations, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
