Job Responsibilities- Work with all stakeholders to assist in maintaining high level of customer experience standards
Answer or make calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products and/or services- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel valued
Provide excellent and consistent level of customer service
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
Key role involves performing outbound calls to existing customers to remind customers of their upcoming vehicle maintenance and invite customers to book their appointments early
- Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or relevant field
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a customer care specialist in a Contact Centre or Tele-marketing environment- Excellent customer services skills and pleasant telephone etiquette
Possess strong accountability to high quality of service
- Possess strong communication skills
* Familiarity with Sales Force CRM / Digital transformation will be a plus
