Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer inquiries
Support customers through the loan application process- Generate and manage loan contracts
Explain loan details and complete contract signings
Required Skills:
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word- Minimum O Level with 4 credits or higher
Meticulous in data entry
