Customer Relations Officer (Operations) | 4-DAY | Plaza Singapura | Allowance + Completion Bonus

Location: Plaza Singapura

Duration: 1yr Contract (Renewable)

Salary: $2,400

Working Hours : 10.30am to 9.30pm (4 days per week)
- 2 weeks per week and on every weekend, including PH
- Include both weekends (1 weekend off per month)
- Subject to roster

Job Description
. Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
. Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales, call centre and online orders
. Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
. Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers and liaise with the Commercial team
. Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-department colleagues
. Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties
