Customer Service Admin / UP$3200 / Contract / West

Duration: 6 months contract (Start Jan 2025 - July 2025)

Location: Gombak

Working hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm)

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Managing customer accounts, and government schemes and updating information as needed
• Assisting with inquiries, follow-up, benefits, etc...
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Providing administrative support to senior management as needed

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
• Strong communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
