Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Call to fix appointments with internal and external stakeholders
Manage schedule of various stakeholders
  • Follow up on cancellation and rescheduling of appointments
Follow up with the appointment outcome and indicate in system
  • Conduct short briefings to internal and external stakeholders upon arrival
  • Requirements
Good working etiquette
  • Good organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Proficient in Excel
  • Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese external stakeholders
Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
  • Availability to start immediately is preferred
  • Work Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays
  • 9am to 6pm
5 days work week
  • Location:
Kaki Bukit/Ubi

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,
  • 00 - $2,700.00 per month
