Customer Service Advisor (Up to $3,500 + Incentive) #NKC

Loctaion: Redhill Area

8.30am to 6.00pm (M-F)

8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat)

Salary: $3,500 + incentive

Key Tasks:

Service Consulting:

• Inform customers about services, pricing, and deadlines.
• Support accident damage reporting.
• Maintain database records.
• Provide solutions

Repair Management:

• Prepare detailed orders and coordinate repair processes.
• Organize test drives for diagnostics and quality control.
• Verify parts availability before repairs.
• Match workshop capacity with deadlines and inform on additional work.

Invoice Preparation and Handover:

• Prepare, check, and release accurate invoices for services and repairs.
• Process warranty and goodwill applications.
• Prepare repair estimates and finalize insurance claims.
• Perform final acceptance, including test drives and vehicle handovers.
