Customer Service – Air Export (Up to $2400 / Changi)

Job Title: Customer Service - Air Export (ID7150)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
Salary: $2200-$2400

Job Description:Job Skills MS Office, Data Entry, Handle Enquiries and Requests
. Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.
. Follow up on clients, help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
. Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement
. Perform other job duties as per requested

Requirement:
. Singaporean or PR only.
. Minimum CGE O Levels.
. With/ Without experience in Air Freight industry.
. Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint).
. Able to work overtime if required.
. 5.5 working days (alternate SAT Off upon confirmation)
. 14 days annual leaves after confirmation
