Job description:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding order status and product details.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proactively manage customer feedback, ensuring effective recovery solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in clients.
  • Process customer orders and order modifications following company policies and procedures.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned on a daily basis.

Requiremetns:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computing skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
