We are looking for a proactive Customer Service and Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from order placement through fulfillment. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing all orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by assisting with account management, follow-ups, and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the sales journey.
- Customer Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and any required documentation. Update CRM systems and prepare regular reports as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and production teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems is an advantage.
