To receive inquiries, take note of the caller's particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
To maintain and upkeep the filing system and Navison software on all aspects of waste information.
To assist Customer Service TEAM to ensure daily operational in the team.
To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers requirements are met.
Job Requirement:
ITE holder and above
At least one year Customer Service experience (MUST)
Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Good communication skills and pleasant personality
Remuneration Package:
Working hours : Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
Company Transport / Transport Allowance if candidate travel to work by him/herself
