Customer Service Assistant (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the export operations of air freight shipments, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Preparing and verifying export documentation.
• Tracking shipments, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues related to the shipment process.
• Assist with coordinating shipments and liaising with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Welcoming fresh entry from different industries
• Prefer one with customer service experience
• Able to work in Changi Airfreight Centre
