The Customer Service Representative is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing complaints.
- Perform F&B factory general administrative duties.
- Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
- Actively monitor orders and inform customers when delivery schedule changes.
- Maintain proper documents and filing.
- Data entry and documentation duties.
- Answering phone call.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to communicate with customer.
Requirements:
- Based on business needs and working schedule. (Weekend or holiday shifts is required)
- Able to commence work on short notice.
- Good team player.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills.
- Computer literate, Excel, and Word proficient.
- Able to commit to overtime when required.
- Possess at least 1 years of experience within the administrative function.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
